Expectedly, the coffees here are the stars – I enjoyed the espresso and cappuccino which were well-brewed, strong and full-bodied. For the teas, they brought an aesthetically appealing display box to the table with the teas rolled inside for selection. The range was very good from tulsi to rose. I also ordered the Masala Tea which was full of flavor.

With the teas and coffees, I ordered the Lamb and Peas Calzone which was well-stuffed with meat and peas, with rosemary and tomato. The Vegetable Calzone is also nice. The classic BLT and Tuna Sandwiches with fresh bread and good fillings are worth having. Caprese and Grilled Vegetable Sandwiches are among the vegetarian choices. The Smoked Chicken-and-Wild Mushroom Quiche was tasty with a nice crust. An unusual vegetarian quiche has Water Chestnut, with caramalised onions giving it a slight sweetness. For something more Indian, the Amchoor Spiced Chicken Puff is good comfort food.

Mill & Co has also made Gujarati snacks with modern twists – Cream Cheese Stuffed Khandvi with tamarind, Fafda with sour cream and salsa,and a Khaman Sandwich filled with chheen (papaya relish).
