We started our lunch with the sushis. The prawn tempura sushi was well-made with the prawns coated in ultra-light batter. The dynamite prawns are a version with more sauces and spices. For vegetarians, the spicy siracha shitake and avocado is recommended if you eat mushrooms. There is even an okra tempura sushi.

The prawn and blackbean dim sum was excellent, and we also like the visually-appealing edamame dim sum with truffle oil. For those who like chicken, the chicken shitake and basil dim sum is pretty good. The beetroot and feta salad is also worth having.

For the mains, I ordered the Indonesian rendang. This bowl comes with a choice of lamb, chicken, paneer or tofu as the protein, and a good mix of pickled cabbage, spiced peanuts, French beans and other ingredients seasoned with sesame, soy and spices, and jasmine rice. I ordered one with lamb, and the meat was brown and tender. The Burmese bowl takes inspiration from the khowseuy with a similar flavour profile but less soupy. Sante Fe is a more Americanized one-bowl meal. There are also Japanese, Thai and other bowl meals.

For dessert, we ordered the Thai-style mango and sticky rice pudding which was delightful. The chocolate desserts and Tiramisu here are also popular.
