This café has a casual vibe with colorful furniture, pastel shades, metal frames, animal figures, mirrors, wood finishes and rustic tones, and potted plants that lend a fresh look to the interiors.

As the name suggests, fresh fruits and veggies are very much part of the Instaa Fresh menu. The watermelon and cucumber salad is well-balanced with balsamic dressing. Asian zucchini noodle with soy and peanut dressing was also not bad. They also have salads with tofu or paneer for those who want their protein with the vegetables.
The Thai pumpkin coconut soup was tasty but I would have liked it to be more viscose than the version that was served to me.
This restaurant specializes in yogurt which are nice, creamy and snowy. The jamun rosemary yogurt parfait was piquant with the gentle sweetness of the berry. Banana walnut yogurt parfait was well-balanced with creaminess and the crunch of walnut. Tomato cranberry basil and lemon pepper are some of their other signatures, but the ones I tried were a bit too salty. The smoothies are another of the restaurant’s specialties – I ordered orange yogurt smoothie which had a nice custardy texture but the orange was like a topping and did not flavor the entire yogurt.
This restaurant has a good choice of sandwiches – you can opt for multi-grain pao with various fillings called workout pao, open faced toasted sandwiches called toasties or ciabatta with fillings in a panini. I liked the hummus and sauteed veggies ciabatta, which had a mix of creamy and crunchy textures. The menu also features pastas and rice dishes. The beverage list is extensive with coffees, blended coffees, juices, teas and other drinks.

Instaa Fresh opens early for breakfast, which is a good plus as there are not many early breakfast options in the city. The set menu or eat-all-you-want offers of lunch and healthy brunch is also worth having. It is a good place for light soup, salad, sandwich, smoothie and yogurt meals.
