Froid by Heart Cup Coffee is a special place that offers a delightful dining experience, superb ambience, great selection of brews on tap, a classic menu, live bands and artistes. This place has been on my bucket list since they transformed the building into a microbrewery and began brewing intense beers.
Heart Cup Coffee, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad: DECOR
The entrance and the environment of this place are truly charming.Without much changes to the already rustic, high-spirited and chic interiors, the joint has continued to impress its patrons with their artisan brews. One can choose to sit in any of the four sections spread over lower and upper levels, while the peppy music builds up the tempo for the evenings.
Heart Cup Coffee, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad: FOOD
Though a few sections of the old menu are retained, a substantial part has undergone changes to complement the brews. The a la carte menu consists of Chinese, Continental and North Indian fare. We started with spicy barbeque sauce-based Buffalo Chicken Wings that never lets anyone down. Then came the Chicken Satay — if you are one of those who love these grilled chicken skewers with sweet peanut sauce, look no further! They also have a long list of kebabs and Asian appetizers apart from western nibbles.
From the entrée, the Grilled Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce with a slight smoky aroma from the fish and the tangy buttery sauce would certainly impress one’s palate. Then, try the Grilled Lamb Chops with garlic mashed potatoes, buttered vegetables and red wine jus. The juicy chops were flavorful and wholesome.Crispy Fried Stuffed Chicken, Turkish Doner Kebab and Lemon Butter Prawns, lasagna and live sushi too are popular choices here. Their wood-fire pizzas are brilliant; the thin crust and generous toppings will surely make your day.
The best part is they continue to good food at affordable prices, along with good craft beer — what else can you ask for? The six brews — Bella Blanche (Belgian Witbier), Lourd Noir (Irish Dry Stout), Hop Head (Indian Pale Ale), Triple Wit (Triple Belgian Witbier), Lite (Pilsner) and Saison Wit are a perfect blend of science, art and passion. They’re exclusive beers brewed using conventional brewing techniques. Try out the sampler before you chose the best for your palate.
