ItalianMolecular Bussin, a delivery module, is meant to appeal to the young and happening. A Tik Tok term, when roughly translated, the name means ‘when something is really good’.

Packaging is quite normal: black plastic microwavable boxes with transparent lids. Luckily, very little spillage happened during delivery and everything arrived intact, including dessert. Because Chennai roads are not at their best yet, expect slight delays. If you’re the sort who likes your food to be piping hot, you might have to reheat.

Food:

Thick slices, generously coated with golden bubbled cheese, the Garlic Bread with Cheese meets expectations. Even after being briefly re-heated at 180° in the oven, the slices retain their soft core. Creamy-textured Hummus lacked in flavour while the & sumac and paprika dusted was not as soft and pliant as expected. But where the Hummus lost, the Green House Burger more than made up. The soft bun — complete with sesame seeds sprinkled on top — gets a thumbs-up, as does the patty, made of beet and peas. Melted, the cheese was satisfyingly gooey as were the tangy pickles and the feel-good fresh salad slices packed inside.

The pasta is hand-made and home-made. Nicely filled and cooked, the Spicy Arabiata lives up to its name. Surrounded by a dense, coarse tomato sauce, it is quite the ‘angry’ one for the hangry ones. Be prepared, though, to pull out a few rosemary twigs mid-bite. Thin-crusted, with the right amount of dough roll around the edges, the Sourdough Neapolitan Pizza keeps every expected promise of a pizza – again after a brief re-heating stint in the oven at 180°. If you’re the sort that wants to see their pizza slice curve in the middle, you need to eat it as soon as it arrives. For those who like a crisp edge that crunches along with the expected flavours, this is the one for you. If you’re lucky, you’ll even get some fresh rocket mounted on top. Thankfully, they are not over-generous with their mozzarella. For dessert, the Three Milk Cake is soft, surrounded by milk, sweet and satisfying. The Tiramisu isn’t that happening! Pluses and minuses: They need to figure out their containers and some of the food needs tweaking.
