Trilogi is a restaurant that offers,as the name suggests, three cuisines – Italian, Japanese and Pan-Asian. It has replaced Bella,the Italian specialty restaurant of the Crowne Plaza.

Located on the first floor of the hotel, this elegant restaurant has tree motifs on a mosaic wall, black floors, pastel shaded tapestries and deep seating. The highlight of the restaurant is the open to view oven area where you can see and smell the baking of the pizza. The restaurant has a smaller room on the side for those who want more privacy.

Besides the hearty Italian cuisine that has for long been its forte, Trilogi now offers a more than acceptable standard of Japanese and Thai food. The Assortment of Bruschetta with toppings like pineapple, tomato basil and wilted mushroom, Insalata Mista, Prosciutto Melon and Caprese Salad are top Anti-Pasti but they have also added Hiyayakko, a Japanese style lettuce and tofu salad with noori and soya sauce. Seafood buffs will enjoy the Lobster in Chilli Oyster Sauce with mushrooms and bell pepper, and the delicate batter fried Prawn Tempura. Katsu Pork with Tartar Sauce is their version of Tonkatsu, the Japanese dish of breaded pork cutlet which is great soul food if you are not watching calories. The Chicken Satay comprises tender chicken brochettes seasoned Thai style with lemon grass, galangal and basil, served with peanut sauce. Mongolian style Tofu is one of their vegetarian starters. This restaurant also has a range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian sushi – you could ask for their assorted platter which comes with the required condiments.

The restaurant is deservedly known for its pizzas with crispy wafer thin crusts- besides the simple margherita, they have various topping options such as Pizza Verdure and Pizza Quadratta for vegetarians, and chicken and caramelized red Onion and Pizza Prosciutto with ham and porcini butter for non-vegetarians. The grilled Lamb Shank which has the perfect meaty texture and Chicken Involtini with a delicious mix of ingredients are their signature dishes, while for vegetarians the Caponata Parmigiana, Silky Tofu in Chilli Coriander Sauce, Stuffed Eggplant in hot garlic sauce, French Beans with pickled veggies, Tofu and Broccoli in Black Pepper Sauce and the Vegetable Thai Curry are worth having.There is a good selection of pasta, risotto and noodle dishes. For dessert, the Tartufo, Tiramisu and Berry Cheesecake are pretty good.
