The labyrinth islands, as they are aptly called due to the channels weaving around them like a maze, are home to India‘s best marine parks. Wandur National Park was established in 1983 and is also known as the Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park. Located about 30 km. from Port Blair, comprises of about 12 islands and is a treasure house of exquisite corals and a mind-boggling array of marine species.
