Gourmet Couch, the delivery brand of ITC Narmada, offers a selection of dishes from their signature restaurants like Peshawri and Yi Jing.

We ordered a selection of dishes, mainly from their Chinese menu, for lunch. The food came on time and was well-packed in biodegradable containers.

The Hunan Style Chili Tofu had a good portion for an appetizer. For those who prefer hot and spicy starters, the Fried Water Chestnut Wok tossed with Crispy Chili, Stir-fried Minced Chicken with Chili Bean Sauce and Stir-fried Chicken with Fresh Chili are recommended.

The restaurant specializes in Sichuan dishes like Twice-cooked Pork with Traditional Sichuan Sauce and Clay Pot Mapo Tofu which is a casserole made with fermented chilli beans. Braised Mushroom Jewel Box essence with truffle oil is recommended if you like mushrooms.

Shredded Lamb with Black Pepper and Wok-tossed Asparagus, Sliced Chicken with Shiitake Mushroom in Oyster Sauce and Wok-tossed Lean Chicken with Coloured Peppers are good nonvegetarian dishes. Stir-fried Shredded Duck with Hoisin Sauce and Hot Braised Chicken with Homemade Chili Powder are some must-haves.

The Wok-tossed noodles with spring vegetable or chicken are excellent, and both come with microgreens. We also ordered some of the signature kebabs from the Frontier menu but they had become dry by the time they arrived. Dal Bukhara was expectedly buttery and robust. Their desserts White Forest Basque Cheesecake, Rasmalai, Phirni and Jasmine Tea Tart were all excellent.
